Return policy for India

The following return policy applies to India orders only. For other locations outside of India, please see below.

Returns Window

At this time, 5cross studio India is accepting returns for merchandise which is valued at INR 8000.00 and above. For all the custom made order we are not accepting returns at this stage. Of course, irrespective of value if your item arrives damaged, incorrect or you are facing fit problems, we will make every effort to remedy the situation. Please contact ajit@5cross.in for more details or call us at +91-11-41603022 and speak to us directly, our phone lines are open 11AM-6PM IST 5 days a week (Monday to Friday). In case of return or fit issues or exchange you need to inform us within 2 days from receiving the shipment. We will personally call you to figure out the situation and ask you to send back the product. Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Please return items in their original packaging including: hangers, plastic wrap, hang tags, and gift boxes.

Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Please inform us by phone in the event that any Products are delivered without tags.

To return an item, the customer must write to us at ajit@5cross.in, and we will answer promptly. Alternatively, the customer may call customer service at +91-11-41603022 we are open from11am-6pm IST 5 days a week (Monday to Friday). We are not liable for any damages caused to the Product during transit.

Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.The return courier charges will be borne by the customer.

The refund amount will only be processed once our quality team approves to accept the returned merchandise, this may take 2-3 days from the time we receive the merchandise.

At this time, 5Cross Studio India is unable to accept returns. Of course, if your item arrives damaged, incorrect or you are facing fit problems, we will make every effort to remedy the situation. In case of fit issues you need to inform us within 2 days from receiving the shipment. We will personally call you to figure out the situation and ask you to send back the product (this may be valid in some cases because of the cost involved in getting the parcel back through statutory clearances). For all the fit issues we will make sure what best can be done from our side to keep you satisfied but you agree not to dispute the decision made by us and accepts our decision regarding the matter. Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Please return items in their original packaging including: hangers, plastic wrap, hang tags, and gift boxes.

How do I start the Returns Process?

Sign in to 5cross.com and go to My Account. In the Returns section, select the order you want to return. In case of damaged or not satisfactory merchandise.

Our specially-trained Quality Assistance Team checks your items to make sure it's up to our standards before we ship it to you, we try to prevent any damage but once it leaves our facility we cannot be responsible for damage that may happen from shipping. Once you receive the order if you are unhappy for any reason with the quality, or if we have sent you the wrong item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Also if you can send us a couple of photos of the damage or other issues with the product. Our team will assess your complaint and arrange to collect the item from you and either give you a full refund, arrange for a repair, or order you a replacement.


Can I exchange/alter my item?

5Cross Studio India is accepting exchange for all merchandise. In case you have bought from discount offer then exchange will be limited with only the discounted product. For all the custom made order we are not accepting returns or exchange at this stage. In case you ordered the wrong size, we can offer to alter it without a charge.
